entropy is the energy gained because of movement of molecules
so as the time passe liquid may change to gaseous state there by increasing the entropy
Entropy is degree of randomness so if the surroundings are free without any particular restriction of pressute and temperature. So the degree of randomness will only increase .
It will decrease when there will bes sme particular pressure and temp. Like when solid is a perfect crystal its entropy is zero i.e. every particle is not free but bounded in particilar arrangement.
