its supposed to just run the trackpad... i dont get it =/
Update:it also shows up in the taskbar sometimes and when i scrol over it it shows a small window that cant be opened and i have to right click it to close it forcfully

If you don't need the extended functions of your trackpad then disable the process from booting with windows via "Services.msc" or "Msconfig" both available from the run dialog.
Running at 100% all the time can cause the processor to overheat and that is potentially damaging but most PCs will shutoff if the core gets too hot to the point where it poses a safety risk. But it's NOT normal behavior. You should end the program/process that is using all those CPU cycles, there is no way your computer should idle at 100%.. maybe something like 10% or even 20% but not 100% and I'm surprised you don't notice a performance decrease.
