I searched on YouTube and everywhere but couldn't find a single video featuring GTX 760 and i3-2100 playing a graphical intense game ((or any other 2013 game like Crysis 3)).
But at least I want to know that will i3-2100 bottleneck GTX 760? Will they play 2014 games ((at least in MED-LOW settings at that time?))???

The Core i3 2100 is a bottleneck for cards of that level.
You wouldn't have any problems in games like Skyrim, original Crysis, CoD Black Ops and Starcraft 2 because those aren't coded to use more than two cores. Even BF3 in single-player campaign mode only uses two cores.

However in tougher games like Arma II and BF3 (online multiplayer mode) your Core i3 will be a bottleneck. You might get by on medium settings, but you'd probably still get some lag. Ultra settings won't work, because at that detail level more work is offloaded to the CPU, and that's when all dual-core processors struggle, even the Core i3.
With a Core i3 you don't need to spend more than $150 on a GPU, because any games which require cards above that level to play smoothly on high settings, also require a quad-core CPU.
Crysis 3 requires a quad-core to play smoothly, period. I don't think even dropping to low settings would help much for that beast. Far Cry 3 I'm not sure, but the CPU demand is higher than BF3 so it might be a similar story.
Core i3 Definitely Holding back your GTX 760. But Don't worry you can Play 2014 games on low to Med. Try Overclocking You CPU little bit.
I would say so! the 2100 is a low end dual core while the 760 is a high end card. You would want an i5 or better with that card. At least a i5-3570 or "K". Even at med to low settings you may experience lag and low fps with a 2100.
The GTX760 is nowhere near a high end,it is more like a low mid range.
Well it should work, with some bottlenecks here and there. It will not be too much bottlenecking but you will notice it.
Just bite the bullet, and get an i5 4430 and a B85 motherboard. You will not go wrong.
