Dear 'XYZ',
Hope this email finds you and the entire family doing well. The last few months have been truly exciting for me since I have learnt so much by building on skillsets that during normal times was almost close to impossible.
Also, I do empathisise the hardships that people are going through and on a daily basis I am praying for their well being and faster recovery. You would be glad to know that am also following the affirmation - 'The world is safe, healthy and happy' and this is bringing in a lot of positivity within me.
We had planned to be together on our Nation's 74th Independence Day celebrations however I feel that instead of meeting in person, lets meet virtually and celebrate this with the same level of happiness. I plan to start my day listening to the awesome speed of our Prime Minister - Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi following which I will log onto zoom wherein I will meet you as well just like all our other friends.
Stay safe!
Vivek

Dear friend,
Hello, it's been ages, we could only get time to talk in quarantine, right? Anyways, happy independence day! How are you, hope you're doing well even though you're not.
Do you have any plans for independence day? If you have the cliche idea of making a greeting card, please don't. I got some mini plans for this day. I'm going to bake a cake and conduct a art competition with my buddies. If you're free, can we participate together? Yes, I'm not forcing you to join with me. It's up to you whether you want to join or not, but if you are it would be fun. Shall we write like this frequently, when you get time? Take care, be healthy. Looking forward to your reply!
Yours lovingly,
(your name)
