1)The numerous female figurines in terracotta which have been found from various sites of the Indus Valley Civilization, which are believed to represent mother goddess.
Religious practises of the People of the Harappan people includes-
1)worshiping the earth as a fertility goddess.
2)considering peepal tree as sacred , which is an evident from its depiction in many seals .
