DIWALI :-
Diwali is one of the most celebrated festivals in India, though it is a Hindu festival it is crossing the barrier of religion, faiths, and countries. Today it has become an unofficial festival of India. It is a celebration of lights, which signifies the victory of good over bad. Diwali is not just a festival, it signifies the victory of light over darkness; the triumph of good over evil. In mythology, it is believed that on this day, Lord Rama with wife Seeta and brother Laxman came back to Ayodhya from 14 years long exile (Vanvaas). People of Ayodhya decorated streets and their homes with diyas and rangolis to welcome them since then we celebrate Diwali with lights. People clean their homes before Diwali.
