Here Fire means Jealousy against each other and Ice means Cold Heart behavior towards others... The poet says that he has seen enough of Fire in people that it will be enough to end the world and if the world had to end twice, the Ice will be enough to suffice. He has given a more emotional way of thinking about how the world may end not as how the scientist do.
