sounds like a bad pan gasket to me; and STOP OVERFILLING! This can lead to a gasket blowout; too much fluid can drive the oil pressure up to the point of doing damage. Keep up on your levels yes, but don't overfill in an attempt to prolong time between trips to the oil cap.
Unless the oil pan has a crack in it, the problem is the splash caused by the crankshaft striking the surface of the oil in the pan and this is causing a leak at the seal. If you do your own auto work to any extent, get the manual and try to tighten down the bolts in sequence to the same amount. Try to not over torque them as this can cause its own problems.
If there is a crack (this is a cast aluminum pan) try cleaning up the pan and using a good epoxy paint on it. This may slow it down a little.
If you can't work on the car, get a new oil pan and gasket/s and let a pro do it. No reason to take a chance on a bad oil pan considering the cost of labor. Get the job done once the right way.
The best solution of course is a new oil pan and gasket. But if the oil leak is something that you can live with, it would be cheaper. Just don't put in the last 1/4 quart.
