of course u can........
u can leave non veg if u really want otherwise not.........
god bless u
Non veg foods use to increase ur cell stimulation which is not good 4 meditation.I won't tell u to stop eating non veg,but it would be perfectly alright if u take non veg food twice a week & veg for rest of the days. That would be a perfect balance 4 ur body & help u in meditation.
If the Veg goes for Vegetarian of course we can....
The meditation process is not something based on religion from my point of view, but based on our soul ...i'm trying to say that it's not a sin if that's what u're asking....
We have to it properly to have a healthy body and a healthy spirit...that means both meat and veg and what ever comes around...
You really need to check out "The Depth Factor" meditation program, it's the best, it's been voted as the number 1 meditation program made so far. Here is their official web-site: http://www.thedepthfactor.net/
It combines binaural beats and ancient meditation techniques to deliver the best meditation experience. This is perfect course for a beginner or an intermediate. Good luck!
It's up to you. No one will stop you but your heart and soul will do.
I think after eating non-veg you can't concentrate on meditation, so its better to do it on some other day.
