ok i did about 500 crunches a day and about 100 situps on sum days.theyre not poking out but u can see my abs forming.trouble is that they look crooked.u can see four of them ,the left side looks higher then the right side(hard to explain).is this genetics or the result of the many crunches i have done?and is there a way to fix it and show all six abs?

crooked abs?

You are correct when you assumed their asymmetry is due to genetics. There isn't anything you can do about the organization of your underlying muscle tissue. The only thing under your control is strengthening and building them.
Just as an aside about all those crunches. You're running in circles if you're doing more than 50. And if you're not seeing results from 50 reps, 100 or 200 won't help either! Quality, not quantity, firms your midsection. Ten well-executed crunches are better than 50 sloppy ones. To stay challenged without adding reps, you should switch to a different kind of ab exercise every 6 weeks and add weight resistance.
well based on the statistic that at leat 50% of americans are overweight, id have to say that crooked abs are better than none! and also its a scientific fact that no one is perfectly symetrical, as in one of your feet is bigger than the other, one of your hands, breasts, and yes, every man has one testicle that hangs lower than the other, so if thats the worst thing about your body, id say thats not bad!
