Hi I am looking at colleges I want to go to, and have for the most part been looking at American Universities and most of them will Accept a GED as long as you scored high enough (which I did) and take the ACT or SAT test.
But I am kind of interested on going to an international school, well....Canada isn't that far but still. I am just curious if my American GED will be any good in Canada and if so will it be any use to get into a U there??

the U. S. is a rustic that would not have status linked with the names college or college on their own. it is via fact interior the U. S., many 'faculties' are easily universities (and any incorrect way around possibly). We use the words synonymously. it is the reason in case you ever refer to an American, they could ask you what "college" you bypass to, somewhat than what college. it is via fact we use the words to advise an identical element, even however strictly they have a distinction in meaning. some "faculties" in usa are greater prestigious than many "universities," and vice versa. diverse u . s ., diverse device. i do no longer think of maximum individuals comprehend what a canadian college is whilst in comparison with a canadian college the two, so which you're enormously lots conversing into the wind. you will possibly ought to describe to us what the version is for Canadians, and then we could desire to greater ideal answer. If it mattered besides, to that end on the grounds that we don't have a real distinction between the two words, it would not, yet basically asserting. Edit: i myself discovered it humorous that Ryan H. felt compelled to perfect Eri on something so petty. guy no longer accepting idiomatic language.
