prepared, and supply . Prepared, because all the other verbs are conjugated with with HAVE and not ARE. Supply, because all other verbs take an immediate object -- they refer to the very next noun in the sentence if you say I have agreed to contribute the school team... that means you are going to give the school team to someone. This is a challenging one as even native speakers often make the mistake of using *give* incorrectly in this way.
