Okay, so I knit & though I have an etsy page (www.frostypetals.etsy.com) my knits always sell better in person than online. I've only done one craft fair, but it went really well. I've been looking online forever to find more craft fairs & have had little to no luck. Most sites only offer "information" in the form of links.....which lead to other sites with only more links & no actual info as to where craft fairs are & how to apply. The few sites I've found that actually list craft fairs will only tease you with the name & want you to pay before they'll tell you how to apply. Does anyone know how to find actual craft fairs, bazaars, or other places where I can set up a table to sell my knits? I'd really appreciate the help.

If you are in the United States go to www.craftlister.com I find shows there all the time. Here are more www.artscraftshowbusiness.com
www.festivalnet.com any of these can help. If you are not in this country then I don't know. There are more out there I am sure just do keyword craft shows. The craft lister is my favorite. You will have to create user name and password.
You really have to do your own leg work for these, from my experience. First, I would contact your local newspaper or regional independent weekly. They usually have a guide to Fall events that will list craft fairs coming up in the next few months. From there I would contact whoever is hosting the craft fair and get information on booth rental, estimated attendance numbers, etc. From there I would ask if there are any craft "clubs"or individuals they might know of that might allow you to show your work with theirs if you split the fee. Any Fall Festivals, Craft Fairs, Christmas Open Houses, charitable events (split the proceeds of course with the charity) etc. would be good avenues for you to explore. Don't overlook churches and schools, either as many have events geared toward crafts and Christmas gifts. And since your work sells better in person, I suspect you will get better information from the phone than the internet. A smile in your voice transmits so much better than :-)
Good luck in your crafty endeavors!
