You can only go for them in MO if the parents are married and getting divorced or going through legal separation. Only applies to biological grandparents.
Grandparents don't have rights until they're a guardian.
So unless your child is a convicted felon, save your money.
Any family lawyer can handle this. A family lawyer handles divorce, custody and child support issues.
Ask people who live near you. We don't even know which part of the state you're in, and most of us don't live in Missouri and wouldn't know lawyers there anyway.
Or contact the state Bar Association and ask for a specialist in family law in or near your location. You said "grandparents," so I'm assuming family law is what you need, but you weren't clear. You may need to be much more specific with the Bar Association.
