h(x)=sqrt(x) so if you want g(h(x)) you plug sqrt(x) in where there are x's in g(x)..
(g o h)= 5sqrt(x)-3
now to find (f o g o h) we plug (g o h) in for where there are x's in f(x)
(f o g o h)=4(5sqrt(x)-3)) so 20sqrt(x)-12 is your answer
