I've used it before and preferred the Cherry-flavored ATP brand. I did a lot of research when I was taking it and found out that the serum form was usually preferred by long-distance runners and people who were looking for more of a lean look.
If I remember correctly that was because the body flushed out the liquid-types more quickly than the powder types - so they suggested that people who were looking for bulk should go the powder method with a loading cycle.
I personally didn't want to go through a loading phase and appreciated the marketing on the ATP bottle that said you didn't have to load with their product.
Did it work? I think it did - I could work out longer when on it rather then when I wasn't on it. Personally I felt a difference and if I were to use it again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to a liquid form.
Hope that helped a little :)
return it. you can get enough creatine from eating meat. Be wary of buying vitamin supplements because odds are most vitamins are in the foods you eat. It's a big marketing scheme.
