Nope not at all. I'm two weeks through, and I already feel stronger and look stronger. Just stay committed and try to eat healthy, and in the end (I'm hoping) it will prove out to be a great investment.

Definitely not. It will get you excellent results, but you would have to really stick to it, and let me tell you, it's no walk in the park: P90X is hard. You'll get your *** kicked in the beginning and look like a weakling compared to Tony Horton (the trainer), then as you near the end of the three months, you'll start getting used to the pace and intensity of the workouts, but it never really gets easy.
So no, it's not a scam, but it's also not a miracle product.
Not at all. P90x is hardcore! I haven't actually done it but I want to order it. I have a friends who has been doing it for a couple months and she looks great! I have some guy co-workers who are really into fitness and they said it kicks their tails.
With proper diet you should maintain your current weight, possibly gain som lean muscle mass. You should also achieve your results of firming and toning your muscles.
No its a damn good workout! Its not good for getting bigger just for getting really lean! Good luck!
