Just superb does not have a meaning of its own. It just means superb. Using it is very inappropriate. You can say simply superb or absolutely superb, it you want to use it emphatically.
I agree with other answerer's... I would personally say Absolutely superb however superb would suffice
just, before superb implies the subject barely made the standard.
Superb on its own is a higher commendation.
