Fire goes slowest downhill, fairly fast on flat ground and fastest uphill. (of course it depends on wind, but this is just a general rule)
A bear. Grizzly bear. So much power uphill at 30 mph. Downhill is very slow for them. Bulky and not built for fast downhill running.
