It means the transmission governor sensor is malfunctioning -- your internal transmission fluid pressure is off balance, etc or it is getting unexpected readings.
It depends if you are a mechanic or not, it could be anything from the transmission connector needs to be cleaned, to a flaky computer, to a fluid change, to burned wiring inside the transmission. Start with the cheapest and work your way to replacing parts.
If it were me and i have already done the basic checks, then i would replace the Governor pressure switch and Governor solenoid while the oil pan is off anyway when replacing the fluid. You can get the parts online or maybe a local company will sell them to you
