Im 15 years old, 5'8 and 132 pounds. Im trying to cut back on sugars, high carbs and that stuff and I play basketball everyday outside around 45 minutes running up and down the court and that stuff. Will that help me reduce my body fat?

yeah. basketball is cardio since your always moving and running and jumping. you burn a lot. when have you seen a fat basketball player?
So I'm guessing you must have a very small frame. Yes exercising helps get rid of excess body fat, but unless you have very little muscle, you are probably underweight or in good shape. I'm 14, 5'11", I have a large frame, and I'm slightly overweight at 172 lbs. I'm also have a lot of muscle under the fat. I think you are probably fine, but maybe ask your doctor if you need to lose/add weight. Hope this helps.
Yep, it will for a while. But after you do a certain exercise or dietary thing, your body gets immune to it and it will no longer help, cause your use to doing a certain activity or eating a certain food. I'd suggest that you switch it up a little with doing basketball, maybe a little football, or you could just work out. (weight training, sit ups, cardio workouts, etc.) And cutting back is a good thing, but make sure you treat yourself to some ice cream or a sweet/salty snack every once in a while. Good Luck!
It will only help if you play alot and youre sweating liek hell :P play with a bunch of friends so youll probably be afradi to lose adn actually will try and win shooting hopps wont doa nything its obviously better than jsut sitting there watching tv or on the computer :P LIKE I AM :p but it doesnt burn too many calories. :( lol cuz if i could id do that all day and night

At 5'8 and 132 lbs you sound like your already at your ideal weight. It's okay to eat healthy and exercise to stay healthy and fit. Don't do it to lose anymore weight.
