i'm fixing an xbox 360 but i notice that they did the x clamp fix on it. i put new x clamps on it and cleaned it and i even replaced the thermal paste under the heat sinks and it still doesn't work.

Dude well your stuck now , but well you can always just take it back to your customer and return his money.
because after an xbox has been fixed with the x-clamp and it gets rrod again the only other way to get it to work is to get the mother board "re-flowed"...
and since your a fixer yourself you should already know that re-flowing is very expensive and requires special machinery.
and the penny fix won't do , trust.

Just send it off, much easier that trying to fix it yourself
bring it back to the store you got it from or get it fixed by paying someone who knows how
